Women's Ministry
Steeped in Truth.
A women's reading and discussion group rooted in Scripture, theology, and the great tradition of Christian thought. Come with your questions. Leave with deeper roots.
Theology is for every believer.
Steeped in Truth is a women's ministry of Mars Hill Apologetics. It exists for women who want more than surface-level devotionals — women who are willing to sit with hard texts, wrestle with difficult doctrines, and come away with a faith that is both warmer and stronger for the effort.
Each gathering centers on a shared reading — a chapter of theology, a passage of Scripture, or a selection from a classic Christian thinker. Discussion is guided but open. No question is too basic. No doubt is too honest. The goal is not to perform certainty but to pursue truth together.
The name comes from the conviction that good theology, like good tea, takes time. It cannot be rushed. It must steep. And when it does, it changes everything — the way you pray, the way you suffer, the way you love, and the way you hope.

Show up
Arrive, find a seat, pour a cup of tea, and join the discussion. All women are welcome.
Women who know what they believe.
Scripture as Foundation
Every discussion is anchored in the Word. We read theology to understand the Bible better, not to replace it.
Honest Questions Welcome
Doubt is not the enemy of faith. Honest questions, brought into the light of Scripture and community, are where faith grows.
The Great Tradition
We read widely — Augustine, Calvin, Lewis, Packer — because the church's best thinkers have much to teach us still.
Faith That Endures
The goal is not information but transformation — a faith that holds under pressure, grief, and the long ordinary days.
"The purpose of theology is doxology. We study God in order to worship God."
